Just to let you know whilst we were away on holiday earlier this month , the pests tried to bury under my decking again, at the same spot. I recognised the digging and the path they made running back and forward. Anyway I thought I would let you know that we were 100% successful,  your metal fencing did the trick. They also tried to dig back under my back fence but didn’t manage that either, as you said , they wouldn’t manage that.

Just to say a big thankyou for your service completed today. No one likes rats in their garden least of all us. From our initial call to your firm (1st visit around 1 hour later) to the final one today, I can only say from start to finish the service has been totally professional.

I must give a special mention to your Pest Control Officer,Paul Harbinson who gave us so much information on how to disencourage rats to our garden in a friendly, sympathetic way.
