We won’t rip you off or over-charge or include stuff you don’t need or want. Then it’s up to you. We won’t brow-beat or hard-sell you.  If you don’t want to go ahead that’s fine. When we carry out our work we will be as polite and helpful as we can be. We will do our best to keep appointments and let you know in advance if we have to make a change. We will do our best to be well organised and to try and schedule our visits to cause the minimum of inconvenience. We will work tidily and where we do make any mess we will tidy up after ourselves. We will be fair and reasonable when unforeseen circumstances arise.
