ISO 9001 & 15001 Certification

After a lot of hard work and effort we got through our ISO audit and can announce we are now ISO 9001 & 15001 certified.  Hurrah!

But what does this really mean?

ISO is an internationally recognised business standard and being certified means we have demonstrated that we are focussed on providing high standard quality service, we seek continual improvement, we have effective internal communications, we carry out effective training, we have effective process control, and especially, we have a high level of customer satisfaction!  The 14001 certification is all about the environment and having this demonstrates out commitment to protecting the environment.
